Brand Identity for Happy Monday

From a small local brand to a global career acceleration company

Happy Monday is a platform for career development. The company provides many services for job seekers and is also a professional media outlet.

Old Brand Identity

(Designed by me in 2018)

Simple geometry and colors were taken and redeveloped from the old visual system.

Growing up

The brand became bigger. Foreign clients began to collaborate with Happy Monday. In addition, with the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the challenges and importance of companies to support the Ukrainian labor market have increased.

So, Happy Monday grew out of their old visual communication. A cute and positive image should have become more mature and more confident.

Media Content Language

Happy Monday mostly communicates through its media materials. Therefore, special attention was paid to developing a flexible and diverse visual system. This is an extended and open-to-update set of techniques, which gives the desired vibe of the brand, without using the corporate style directly.

Brand Launch Campaign

We did not understand what materials could be printed as part of brand communication. But for the presentation, we wanted to test how the style works in print. So we made a draft of the newspaper, without thinking that it could be printed. However, the client liked the design so much that it was decided to use it to advertise the branding update ;)

Newspapers were produced in Ukrainian and English versions. They were sent to co-working spaces and to partners around the world.
